Stock.
We endeavour to maintain a substantial level of stock of all products. If an item is out of stock you will be notified within 24 hours of ordering. We will not charge for items until shipped. You will be offered an opportunity to cancel your order, or to put your order on back order until the item is restocked.
Shipping.
Continental USA Orders: All orders are shipped UPS GROUND or Federal Express to the 48 Continental States. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours on business days.
Orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, P.O Boxes and APOS are United States Post Office (USPS). Addititional shipping fees may apply. We will contact you after your order is placed with final shipping charges.
Canadian orders are shipped USPS or UPS. We will contact you for shipping options and rates. Each has different advantages.

Find your country for delivery and put in approximate weight of items you would like to purchase. We will finalize exact costs after your order has been placed, by phone or email for additional shipping fees.

Returns
Returns will be accepted for damaged goods or for dissatisfaction of any kind. You may request same product replacement or merchandise of equal value.
Our return policy is to give a full refund, less shipping fees, for items returned within 21days of receipt.
If the merchandise is damaged; you must keep the original packing & shipping label. If the merchandise is damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours. For example: if you receive the merchandise on Monday you must inform us within 24 hours. If you received merchandise on Friday you must inform us on Monday.
How To Return
You are required to email us at CustomerService@NaturalHimalayanSaltCrystals.com nbsp; to obtain an RMA/return merchandise authorization number. Returns will be credited ONLY if an RMA has been issued, the item is unaltered, and in its original packing.
In order to return merchandise you must use original shipping label and mark it "Return to Sender" with RMA # clearly displayed next to the shipping label. A copy of your invoice should be returned along with the item. Items should be returned via UPS ground, recorded delivery.
We will not credit or replace items broken on the return shipment to us. You must seek repayment from the shipper you used for the return. All merchandise must be shipped by UPS ground.
Natural Himalayan Salt Crystals will make all refunds within 15 days of receipt of the returned goods, and reserves the option of method of refund.
